gggjl2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all access to and use of the gggjl2 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by gggjl2 from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gggjl2 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the gggjl2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of gggjl2 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not self-excluded from gggjl2 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in force.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organization in placing bets or using the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the gggjl2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. gggjl2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify gggjl2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. gggjl2 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal, gggjl2 requires identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

gggjl2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Deposit: As displayed on the deposit page, subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification and fraud screening. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally the fastest, often completed within minutes once approved.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Transaction Fees: gggjl2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which gggjl2 bears no responsibility.

gggjl2 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. Funds deposited on the Platform may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the gggjl2 account.

gggjl2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gggjl2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification or Withdrawal: gggjl2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the gggjl2 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems sourced from licensed third-party game providers. The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

gggjl2 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as published by the respective game providers. Live dealer games are conducted in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant card or table game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, gggjl2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. gggjl2's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for alleged losses arising from technical issues beyond gggjl2's reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gggjl2 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate Platform systems.
5. Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
7. Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
9. Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
10. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward gggjl2 staff or other players.

All content on the gggjl2 Platform — including but not limited to the gggjl2 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of gggjl2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gggjl2.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gggjl2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gggjl2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gggjl2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gggjl2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. gggjl2 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

gggjl2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gggjl2 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

gggjl2's decisions regarding account matters, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Platform access are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
